My Coaching Speciality

Each coach is unique - like you. I combine a solid, year long coaching education with playfulness, intuition and a personalized approach. My coaching focuses on changing your life as a whole, while also looking at the questions and needs you have right now. I work with clients in on where they are now, figure out where they want to be and how to get there. ​

For 5 years I am coaching in Amsterdam and Europe and have supported 100+ clients transform their lives. I am a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and by the Coach Trainings institute (CTI). I am also a Manager at Philips and have founded several startups.

I am working in personal, 1:1 coaching sessions, combining both rational and emotional side of yours to create meaningful change. I follow these 3 steps on top of the co-active coaching model:

1. Who am I: Clarity in who you are and what your passion is
2. Where do I want to go: Energy to get moving towards your goals with fun
3. How do I get there: Confidence to show up authentic and honest.

I combine reflection, deep analysis as well as emotions, intuition and always steps towards transformation - however that might look like for you.
