About myself & my experience
Hi, I'm Lauren. And I'm so glad you're here!I’m a Leadership Guide and Wellness Educator with a special interest in the intersect between personal and professional wellbeing.
I combine my experiences in leadership, human development and health to bring a new perspective on what is “normal” within our labor agreements. My goal is to redefine success to bring the focus back on what it means to be human.

My coaching method & approach
Coaching is a partnership. A relationship that is co-constructed around your needs, wants, and desires. Here’s what I most authentically bring to our connection:
1. A fierce commitment to your sovereignty, and your ability to make decisions from that. 2. Space for my lived experience and yours; I’ll bring my experience as a coach, with the understanding that you’ll bring your experience as you. I don’t believe that there is only one way to move through this world, which means, any ideas, frameworks or resources I provide are simply suggestions for you to try-on and see what feels most aligned with your needs, wants, desires. This is why coaching is co-constructed. 3. An appreciation for wholeness, complexity and the unknown. Most clients reflect that by my welcoming the full human experience into our relationship, they were able to reclaim a part of self they didn’t even realize they’d fallen out of connection with.
Here’s what I ask of you to bring to our connection: 1. Discernment around your needs, wants, wishes. The only way our relationship can truly center your needs, wants, desires is if you are in an active practice of discerning them and putting voice to them. I can’t know what you want or need if you don’t. 2. A commitment to your own learning. I am a formidable cheerleader, but you have to want what I’m rooting for. Which means, a “readiness” to change is a key ingredient of our partnership. To be clear: this doesn’t always mean a willingness to take action; some of the most important steps in change are contemplation and preparation. 3. A responsibility to our connection. A relationship takes two (or more) individuals. Which means, the depth of our partnership involves my efforts + yours. If something doesn’t feel good, right or true for you, permission to course correct. I’ll do the same, for me.
