About myself & my experience
I am passionate to inspire others to bring out the best they can and go beyond what they believe is possible.I am well networked, a multi-discipline professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, experienced in several areas with a mix of technical and behaviour background, focused on embracing and turning into action innovative ideas and driving changes within organisations, problem solving and leading/developing people within diverse cultures.
I have a relatively strong eye for detail, but also enjoy focusing on broader issues. I tend to take a methodical and organised approach to my life, and like having things done to the best of my ability.

My coaching approach is pragmatic, dinamic and results driven.I use my 6 C's coaching model, where I walk you through this different phases:
1 - Create the vision (identify the situation)
2 - Choose possibilities (analyse the real need for change a create different possibilities)
3 - Conquer yourself (develop and sustain self awareness to sustainable change)
4 - Change if so (identify the core values and believes)
5 - Catch and go (implement new habits in your daily day life)
6 - Come back though (evaluate, revise and restart if needed)
A long this 6 steps I will:
- help you to discover the best within you
- challenge you to expand your views
- be your surrounding board for new ideas
- co-create a loan so you can achieve your goals
- support and encourage you to explore new possibilities
