My Coaching Speciality

My journey into psychology and personal development began 12 years ago, following my divorce. Through personal therapy, I developed greater self-awareness and a lasting interest in understanding how people experience change, make choices, and build meaningful lives.
This led me to study Gestalt counseling and earn a diploma. I then began working with clients, supported by group supervision. Gestalt became more than a professional method for me: it shaped my understanding of awareness, personal responsibility, and authentic connection.
As my practice developed, I found that many of my clients’ needs and goals aligned closely with coaching. I therefore decided to pursue professional coaching training, completing an NLP coaching program at Symbiosis Coaching, a U.S.-based school, followed by a mentor coaching program. This training complemented my Gestalt background and strengthened my focus on helping clients turn awareness into meaningful action.

My name is Elena, I'm 53, I have a teenage daughter. I am originally from Ukraine and currently live in France, where I relocated because of the war. Having lived and worked in several countries, I bring a broad international perspective and a personal understanding of adapting to change and rebuilding one’s life.

I believe that there are not pre designed solutions : we are all unique, our situations are unique
and answers lie within us.

Notes / Remarks

I am now looking to expand my coaching practice and contribute to a professional coaching community. I remain committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice, with the goal of earning the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
