Balance is about helping YOU become conscious of choice, and helping YOU make life-giving choices. The result will be a life of alive, empowered, effective action leading to a more fulfilling life.

It’s important to emphasize here that “balance” takes place in the midst of action. Life Balance is not the same as equilibrium; it is not about having the same weight on each component of their lives. Equal parts of family, work, recreation, etc.,. There is a moving balance point with these significant areas of the client’s life and that’s where the coaching is headed. Also, be aware that there is no point when life will finally be “in balance.” There is no resting place except “The Final Resting Place.” As long as we’re alive we will be moving toward more alignment with the balance we want, or we will be moving away from it.

This Package is focused on finding fulfillment. Fulfillment coaching is much more than finding a positive spin on things. It’s linking the action to the internal core, the true heart of the YOU that is motivated to create a rich, full life. And if it turns out that the task can’t actually be linked to YOUR key values? Well, then, that might be an important clue this action item doesn’t belong on your To-Do List after all.

Fulfillment is about who YOU are becoming, and a big part of that hinges on the action they take along the path.

Our relationship is confidential. You are hiring me as your coach because you want to make significant changes in your relationship. These changes will sometimes happen fast and sometimes take some time. Because change happens over time I am requesting a six-month commitment to this coaching process.
