About me
About myself & my experience
My name is Ljupka and for the last two years I've been working as a fitness coach.However, my whole life I've been struggling with low self-esteem and confidence, feeling like I wasn't worthy or good enough. Until one day I almost got hit by a car, and realized that I've been living my life as a "walking dead" person.
From that moment on, I dedicated a lot of time studying various books and teachings in philosophy, psychology, spirituality, and personal growth, to help me get to know and understand myself, and other people better. I've taken courses and studied the works of Robin Sharma, Tony Robbins, Byron Katie, Gretchen Rubin, The Law of Attraction, Gabrielle Bernstein, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, and many more.
Working as a fitness coach, I had some clients whose commitment and effort at the gym, would not result with any significant weight-loss.
Trying to figure out why they were not making any progress during our sessions I started asking them in more depth about their personal life.
After a conversation with one of my clients, I came home and trying to find a way help her, I started thinking about my own journey of transformation and all of a sudden it all made sense to me. In that moment I realized, that just as my own mindset and limiting beliefs were preventing me from finding happiness, joy and success in all areas of my life, it was the same thing that was holding my clients back, from being successful in their weight-loss journey.
This experience led me to focus more on the life coaching aspect, and after finishing a life coaching course, I decided to focus my practice on life coaching and created Amazonian Lifestyle.

My coaching method & approach
The sessions differ from client to client, depending on their goals.Generally, the first session is dedicated towards helping the client become clear on what their current situation is and what it is that they want to achieve.
Based on the information from this session, I structure the next ones depending on what the client wants to achieve and what it is that the client need to learn in order to achieve this goal.
All of the sessions include educational part, and completing workbooks and exercises to help the client determine the next steps and keep them motivated to take action towards achieving their goal.
