About myself & my experience
I grew up in south india, and had worked both in india and UK. My career was in Banking and driving by the passion to enable people to be successful in utilising their full potential, I chose the current profession of a full time coach.My photos
My coaching method & approach
I follow a more exploratory approach and a direct communication. Behaviour and mindset shift in leadership is of paramount importance, and the challenge in the present day is to continuously adding value and staying relavent. These challenges sometimes are blind spots for leaders and can have impact in the way they would like to provide the leadership. I bring in the Emotional Intelligencies, Change Leadership and Stakeholder centricity as part of my coaching, helping leaders to become what they choose to, with full self awareness.Notes / Remarks
My leadership experience in Banking Industry for over 27 years helped me to relate to people and change. My work experience of dealing with international teams and stakeholders made me more adaptable to multi cultural environments.
