I coach new managers as well as executives. The coaching can range from tactical to strategic and transformational. I have experience with clients in the US, the UK, and the Middle East.Up to 90% of organizational change initiatives fail. My doctoral work and subsequent scholarship have focused on Adaptive leadership which is concerned with leading change, and that is something that I bring to the table.
An additional area where I am a recognized scholar is adult development. And with clients who are ready, I might use a developmental approach.

I am a leadership and organization development consultant, coach, and dissertation coach.I have a multicultural background; I was born and raised in Jordan but received all of my three degrees in the US.
My background spans technical management and technical sales. quality management, new product development, and consulting.

My coaching method & approach
My approach is organic and depends on the client. Depending on client needs, I might have a free-flowing approach, while with others, it might be very structured. I use a variety of tools including the immunity to change method, the wheel of life, stages of grief, the six stages of change, metaphor interventions, and neuroscience. I also make use of visual tools like mind mapping.Depending on the readings of the client, I might assign homework or readings.

I was born and raised in Jordan, received all of my three degrees in the US, and now live in Jordan.I am currently co-editing a book on Leadership and Spiritualty for Routledge. This book approaches the topic from a post-religious point of view.
