My coaching method & approach

I started my experience as a coach almost ten years ago, relying on the "Solutions Focus" methodology, based on lightness and pragmatism, learned from the best masters, such as Mark McKergow at Milwaukee University and Kirsten Dierolf, with whom I have the good fortune to work with.

My professional path is made up of more than ten years of activity in the area of HR training and more than twenty years in Leadership Training. I am co-founder of the Italian chapter of SFiO, Solution Focus in Organization and coach trainer and coach mentor for aspiring professional coaches in the international arena.
