My focus in on the transitions in an individual's personal and professional life. I work with clients to focus on moving forward to their "next chapter." I want people to create their future with purpose and passion. We work to assess personal values, strengths and vision for their life and their future. Depending on the client, we may utilize activities from a Career Transitions Manual or other coaching tools. I have written metaphors using quilt block designs such as "Broken Dishes" or "Dove in the Window" and use these for individuals to visualize their own life quilt and then actually create that design with whatever medium the client chooses. My Packages

About me
About myself & my experience
As I transition through the chapters of my life and create my personal life quilt I want to work with individuals who also experience life changes and want to create their own life quilt. Career transition may be a pivotal event triggering an individual to create their next chapter with purpose and passion. My life experiences have involved parent, wife, daughter, teacher, vocational education researcher, resident of a 3rd world country, senior leader for a billion dollar staffing company and professional coach. My coaching draws from all these experiences. I welcome working with individuals in life or career transitions. My photos
My coaching method & approach
I utilize standard coaching methods of questioning and LISTENING! Listening to what is beneath the words or what is NOT being said. The client sets goals and it is my role as the coach to hold them accountable.Notes / Remarks
Personally, I have experienced the transitions of growing up on a farm - rural life; to college and urban life. My husband and I lived in Assuit, Egypt from 1982 -1984. I experienced life in a 3rd world country and as the foreigner who could not speak the language and looked very different. I became a Mother and experienced the transition to "Working Mother", then "Empty Nester". In 2009 I was laid off after 23 years with Spherion so experienced the transition of losing my job and creating my own "next chapter" professionally.Testimonials
