My coaching method & approach

I have found working with clients in shorter sessions on a regular basis has had the most positive result. I know your time is valuable and limited so if you can commit to 30 minute sessions on a weekly basis I can help you identify your goals and commit to action.

My approach is looking at the whole person and helping them succeed in all areas of their life. I am certified in several assessments such as MBTi, DiSC and 360 if neededI will work with clients in giving feedback on these assessments to help them gain insight on how they may be showing up in the world.
