About me

About myself & my experience

My passion and my mission as certified multilingual coach (ICF PCC): building bridges between cultures, empowering professionals to thrive in their international career and promoting a global mindset.

I started my professional career with a Diploma in business communication graduating from University of Applied Science in Berlin, Germany. Along my business path working in several multinational companies I found my passion in training, mentoring and supporting young colleagues and professional women in their career.
Today, as an ICF certified coach and communication & behavioral trainer I'm blending in my intercultural experience from long-term stays in China, India, France and Australia and my expertise in working in organizational structures from automotive, financial & IT- and telecommunication services and corporate consulting.

My coaching method & approach

As a coach, I am your loyal partner. My aim is to enable you, motivate you and inspire you to make the changes in your life that you decide you want. I do not have the answers for you, but I have the questions and tools necessary to guide you to find those answers within yourself.
In some situations, I’m your sparring partner. In others, your strength-giving pillar of support. Sometimes, I even play both roles during a single appointment. But first and foremost, I am a neutral person who does not evaluate you or your feelings, but instead focuses on the future, taking a solution-oriented approach.
We each carry our own ideas, personal goals, and individual sources of motivation inside us.
Together we will be partners in discovering and achieving the goals you want in your life and/or your professional career.
