2. How to handle create a model that reflects ones capabilities in training that can be replicated in a competition.

About myself & my experience

Supporting individuals in finding their full potential has been my inspiration since 2011. I focus mainly on athletes and built a sports coaching program for 120 athletes in Egypt in preparation for the Rio Olympics in August 2017. I also work as a career coach for teenagers in their choice of university majors as this is a major turning point in their future and require full support, openness and knowledge to make the confident decision.

My coaching method & approach

Its very important to have a very clear and honest alliance where the clients feels free to express openly. Articulation through attentive listening is my main method of clarity. The more vulnerable the client is, the more clarity I receive as a coach that helps start a solid foundation for a tangible action plan that the client feels responsible for. My relationships carry sincerity and deep admiration for the path an individual goes through. I am always honored when people open up and share a part of themselves with me.

Notes / Remarks

I am a certified ACC life coach from ICF. I received my certification from Franciso de Vitoria in Madrid Spain, 2015. I have over 500 hours of coaching mainly with World Champion and Olympic athletes. My uniqueness lies in my dedication and attentive listening to my client's needs. And because of this, the results are directly attainable.
