About me
About myself & my experience
My life is viewed through the lens of minimalism: mental, emotional and physical 'decluttering' so I can see my truth and move forward in a meaningful way. It is a daily conscious curation of life! This perspective provides the foundation for my coaching practice and workshop series. In a world that erodes our ability to be present, I specialize in working with clients who want to simplify their lives so they can get to what is most important to them! This ranges from managing to keep life balanced during a transition, finding focus to systematically navigate a decision, to just getting to a more comfortable place to breathe! Although some of this work is task oriented, what my clients really enjoy is letting go of expectations, tapping into intrinsic motivation and increasing their overall wellbeing. Effective change happens when a client is ready to shift mindset and make choices that work for them.
Although I have many clients who are in their 20s and 30s (from grad students to younger professionals) the majority are in the 'second half of life' and are craving to be the author of their next chapter. Although this desire can apply to anyone at any stage, my clients heading into their 50s and beyond are in the unique position of designing their own guideposts, since the only established milestones are menopause, retirement and death! This is an exciting time to harness decades of knowledge and experience to design a mindful, beautiful existence for many years to come.

My coaching method & approach
When engaging with the five session Essentials package, a client is expected to create an overarching statement, envisioning the end result. They then design a session-by-session focus that leads to that desired goal. A coach does not suggest a plan of action but provides a framework to help the client uncover their own best solutions. The client is expected to explore questions via various exercises and apply their learning to their life. There is an organic thread throughout the process of pausing to reflect on what comes up, whether it is in the mind, the heart or the body. This contains important knowledge that informs the client of any barriers to their personal and professional success. Intentions are created to take forward and practice in between sessions to embed change.Notes / Remarks
