For those who are at some point in their lives faced with work-related questions and dilemmas, individual coaching can be an excellent tool to continue a career path with fresh insights and new energy.The issues may differ in nature: from “how do I deal with …?” to “what do I want?” and “how do I get there?”. The common denominator is always that the one asking the question has the desire to find the answer. A step that almost without exception will result in change, however small. Professionally and personally.
As coach I support you during this change process. I coach professionals, both with and without managerial/leadership responsibilities. Due to my extensive leadership experience in an international business environment I am fluent in English, both written and verbal, and I am available for coaching in English (as well as Dutch).
I am also a photographer and I regularly use visual language, creativity and photography as instruments in coaching, team support and workshops. As a member of NOBCO/EMCC (Nederlandse Orde van Beroepscoaches/European Mentoring and Coaching Council) I conform to this organization’s Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors, and complaints procedure. I have a NOBCO/EMCC Foundation Coach accreditation.

An excellent tool for those situations where you would like to quickly find an answer, while still exploring all possible options, in a structured and thorough manner.

For a deep dive into your work-related questions or dilemmas, we will meet for 6 sessions to find your answers. The coaching program starts with converting your question into a learning goal: what do you want to achieve by the end of the program? Throughout the program you will work towards achieving your learning goal. As a coach, I will guide and support you through this process. I will use my professional backpack filled with interventions and working methods. Between the sessions, you will continue to work to achieve your goal (through ‘homework’ or better: learning assignments). At the end of the program you will be able to continue your career path with fresh insights and new energy.

I am an independent coach and change consultant. With my motto ‘think differently, act differently’ I help people and their organizations to achieve desired and necessary change.My style and way of working are best described as: down-to-earth, empathetic, analytical, solution-focused and with a sense of humor. I am also a photographer. I regularly use visual language, creativity and photography as instruments in coaching, team support and workshops.

Trust and respect are the basis. Driven by my curiosity about you, my desire to understand you and with an open mind. Creating clarity and understanding by asking questions, asking (many) more questions, verification and challenging. With a down-to-earth solution-focused approach and room for humor. Where needed addressing the obstacles that prevent you from moving forward. Looking for a different perspective using a structured process. To enable you to find the answers that help shape the desired and necessary change in your professional life.A coaching program will start with converting your question into a learning goal: what do you want to achieve by the end of the program? Methodologies I apply are GROW, solution-focused and Socratic coaching, RET (rational emotive therapy) and positive psychology.
I am also a photographer. I regularly use visual language, creativity and photography as instruments in coaching.
