For gym coaching sessions, I coach at the ClubSportive gym in Gustav Mahlerlaan 24, 1082MC Amsterdam.A membership is required to train with me in ClubSportive gym. It is a top gym and has the most recent gym equipment, in addition to a swimming pool. Check it out at https://www.clubsportive.nl/en/For outdoor coaching sessions, I coach at any of the parks in the vicinity of ClubSportive.

About myself & my experience
I know how you can feel when you have been sitting in front of a desk for 10 years or more. I have done this for 20 years. I understand that sometimes you do not have the energy and power to change this. I can help you with this! Challenging trainings for the whole body will give you renewed strength!My photos
My coaching method & approach
The training courses consist of various blocks depending on the customer's goal.The components core, balance, strength and explosiveness occur as much as possible in the program. I work with recurring parts so you can see if you get better in parts that are important to you.

I was immediately impressed by Sven‘s professionalism, reliability, flexibility and warm and caring approach to dealing with people. He always comes prepared to every session with a tailored program suited to my fitness goals and mixes up the exercises each time to keep things interesting. He is so much fun to train with and motivated me to reach my goals very quickly.
