I help driven achievers express their full potential with confidence and ease.
As an Integral Master Coach (PCC - ICF), Tiziana specialises in Effective Performance, particularly under high pressure.

She has over 20 years’ experience in coaching high performers, individual contributors to C-Suite level, from the corporate sector, creative industries, media, not-for-profit sector (NGO) and government. They are navigating the demands of transitions, new leadership roles and challenging environments.

Tiziana brings to her coaching an intimate knowledge of performing under high pressure following a 30 years’ successful career as an international concert violinist. She won competitions and held diverse leadership positions collaborating with high profile international groups and organisations in the world of classical music.

As Director of Foundation Camenae (2000-2020) Tiziana covered different roles (Artistic & Creative Direction; Project Management; COO), being responsible for designing events, festivals and
accompanying merchandise for 500+ attendees and organised all aspects of roll out, supervised multiple teams for successful events, well received by public and press.

She is a Faculty member with Integral Coaching Canada supporting coaches-in-training refining their skills, and with Universities for the Arts (The Netherlands and Switzerland), helping young musicians further develop their artistry and optimise their performance when under pressure.

About myself & my experience

Hi! I am Tiziana, Italian born and long time resident of The Netherlands. My background is in artistic performance, and have covered leadership role on international stages. In life and in my coaching I combine creativity with grounded pragmatism. I practice Mindfulness and Aikido. Love reading, learning and, being an islander, the sea and scuba diving. Helping other connect with their most authentic and powerful self is my calling.

My approach to coaching is holistic and pragmatic. I listen deeply and draw on various systems to create a tailored approach for every leader, so that they can reach their goals with alignment and ease.

We do this in 3 steps:
1. Data Collection (what is happening/not happening now that is impacting you)
2. Identify & Leverage your strengths
3. Build on your skills with little practices crafted to fit into your busy schedule.
