I companion leaders in letting go of what dims their performance, so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and ease.As an Integral Master Coach (PCC - ICF), I specialise in leadership presence and performance under pressure, working with managers, senior leaders, and executives navigating transitions, new roles, and demanding environments.
I bring to this work a rare foundation: 35 years as an international concert violinist — including with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra — gave me a direct, visceral understanding of what it means to perform at the highest level under pressure, and what it costs when inner conditions are not aligned.
As Artistic Director & COO of Foundation Camenae (2001-2020), I held senior leadership responsibility for 19 years — events for 500+ attendees, €0.5M budgets, multiple teams. I am Faculty at Integral Coaching Canada, supporting coaches-in-training and assessing at Professional and Master levels.

About myself & my experience
I am Tiziana, Italian born and longtime resident of the Netherlands. My background spans 35 years as an international concert violinist and 20 years in senior leadership — and both gave me a visceral understanding of what it means to perform at the highest level under pressure, and what it costs when inner conditions are not aligned. That understanding is the foundation of everything I do as a coach. My coaching method & approach
I listen deeply and work with what is most essentially alive in each client. Rather than building new skills, I help leaders remove the interference, the self-monitoring, over-efforting, and performing-for-approval, that quietly obscures what is already theirs.The work is precise, embodied, and tailored to each person. Clients find they don't need to become someone different. They need to become more fully themselves.
