I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and has used this to further my study in nutrition. Having learned the science behind why we eat, what we eat and the strong link between diet and disease, I specialize in behavioral changes required to change nutrition habits into healthy ones.It's not all about discipline, it is also about understanding the messages your body sends to your brain and how to employ that understanding to have a healthier gut and great hormonal balance.
Beyond the packages offered here, I'm also happy to develop customized programs based on specific needs my clients are looking for, such as goals for certain occasions and insparations for a bigger variety healthy diet.

My goal is to make health not a privilege for the select few, but available to everybody by putting a focus on quality healthcare that prevents disease rather than treats it.I have taken my expertise & experience and examined the current research to develop success-based programs.
No more excuses, no more standing in your own way. I've made it easy for you to achieve your goals that have always wanted to achieve in a manageable, empowering and sustainable way.
I may have made it easy for you, but that doesn't mean it is going to be easy. my programs are results-based, meaning that there is no room for doing anything halfway or continuing any of the same patterns that have held you back in the past.

My coaching method & approach
I encourage and work with my clients on listening to own body and what it needs. I strive to simplify the changes each of my client needs through practical and pragmatic approach to healthy life style. This holistic approach not only guides my clients to a better health, but also teaches them how to sustain that on the long term. I also emphasis in my nutrition coaching on lowering of inflammation and the health of the gut, as I believe it is the beginning of any healthy transformation in nutrition.Working with my clients, I always try to balance between being strict and having empathy for the individual challenges each client faces to make the transformation.
