I am an integral coach specializing in working with change. We all reach times in our lives where we feel stuck. We may experience an intense feeling of not being in the right place anymore, or it may be a compelling drive pushing us to face the next challenge. Life presents us with a number of summits. The climb can be invigorating and the summit beautiful - but the time will come to plan the next of life's adventures. During this time we will explore new ways of functioning to achieve new outcomes. We will also dismantle stumbling blocks that are stopping you from moving forward. The Odyssey

This is a 24 week intensive coaching program designed to lead to significant changes in your functioning. You will have 12 one hour coaching sessions and will work on various practices, reflections and exercises between sessions. These will be tailor made to suite your journey.

About me
About myself & my experience
I have spent 30 years in the development and humanitarian sectors in both South African and international organizations. I began my career developing youth centres in South Africa and providing counselling over a number of themes including coping with terminal illness, dealing with loss, career planning, trauma, relationship counselling and NGO management.As my career progressed, I became involved in NGO governance and have been in management roles in a number of large NGOs such as Family and Marriage Society of South Africa; The Cancer Association; Planned Parenthood Association; Sonke Gender Justice Network; Inyathelo, The South African Institute for Advancement and Doctors without Borders.
I have also supported high profile NGO team leaders through the Inyathelo NGO Clinic.
Although I began my formal coaching journey in 2019 I have been supporting professionals for a number of years through mentorship programmes, soft skills training programmes and coaching. I am currently a coach in the Doctors without Borders International Coaching Hub where I have helped professionals employed across the world and in a range of disciplines to enhance their functioning and work life balance.

The real magic of working with an integral coach is in that you focus not only on the coaching objective, but you will explore all areas of the self. Typically we will delve together into the emotional, the spiritual, the somatic, the cognitive and the relational aspects of being.
