The keypoint of my coaching is the partnership I establish with the people I coach.I focus on your objectives and your priorities to ensure we make progress on them all along our sessions.
Using the systemic approach and the theory of neurocognitivism, we tend to enable Emotional Intelligence development, collaborative, authentic and courageous leadership development, a better conflict and stress management, and the Leaders to be able to act as mentors and coaches.
