I am an ILM certified coach with over 20 years experience in the Oilfield Services Industry. I have worked in many countries across the world in operations management, training and most recently sales and commercial. I have managed change in multi-million dollar, geographically broad operations and had the opportunity to lead training and development of employees in focused, rigorously controlled environments. I initiated scientifically structured projects in the Unconventional oilfield environment in North America to demonstrate the value of acquiring data in shale wells and used the results to influence broader business development strategy. Most recently I am supporting the product line headquarters with Global new technology sales and commercial strategy.

I am an experienced business leader with multi national sales, operations and training experience. I have an active and growing family. I am an engineer at heart and like to fix things or help people do the same.

My coaching method & approach

Following introductions I work with coachees on clarifying and setting goals using various techniques to help them understand what they want professionally and also out of the coaching process. With clear goals established my preference is to use the GROW model - Goals, Reality, Options, Work to develop measureable actions for the coachee to work on. Each session I will follow up on progress against these actions and explore barriers and challenges. Through careful coaxing and listening I can lead a coachee through the obstacles they are facing to performance improvement and help them achieve progress and satisfaction.
