A 4-hour interactive workshop held the first Saturday of each month. What we cover: - A Deep Dive into Positive Intelligence - Learn about saboteurs and how they impact success - Review the research and Stanford testing to understand the full impact of PQ - Learn where PQ came from and why it really matters - Learn how your brain works, including what keeps you fatigued and stressed While this is a lot of learning, this part of the intensive is still delivered in a way that encourages and facilitates interaction. - A Hands-On PQ Workshop - Discover individualized practice of the PQ methodology - Complete a full work-up of your own top saboteurs - Participate in breakout groups to share your insights and learn from others - Get instruction on how to move forward based on your own unique saboteurs This half-day intensive will give you the practical insights and tools you need for your own personal development, leaving you ready and able to improve your mental fitness.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
