What is it? Individual transformational leadership development program for those who need quick and significant enhancement in leadership capabilities. It includes Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment, coaching and training based on Energy Leadership™ Development System, which in combination allows you to become a master in Energy Leadership™, conflict management, building of productive relationships, inspiration of others and much more. We spend together 24 hours within 3 month, and you will • Evaluate the situation • Analise your strengths and development areas • Create an image of the ideal leader, that inspires you • Build a vision for you, who you want to become in 1 year • Develop a strategic plan, how to reach your vision • Complete 3 trainings from Energy Leadership™Development System, that will help you to become your Ideal Leader • Participate in 8 coaching sessions, that will help you to eliminate the blocks on the way to your vision, and keep the motivation and trust in yourself As a result, these 24 hours or 90 days of joint work will help you to • Quickly and efficiently start bringing results in your new position • Adapt to the new company, industry, country, and create a positive image from the first days • Create a great contact with a new boss and/or team • Successfully manage much bigger, more complex tasks • Feel confident and successful • Maintain a work-life balance There are programs for Cross-Cultural adaptation and Finance program. Samples of situations for “Energy of Success” Program The Director is planning to move to a new role. The manager, who is considered by the Director, as his successor, does not feel ready for this position thinking that it will take years to get prepared. After completion of “Energy of Success” program, the Manager successfully passed the interviews and confidently won in the competition for the position. The manager started to demonstrate great results as soon as he started in the new role. Who will benefit from the «Energy of Success» program? • If you are starting the tasks that are much bigger and more complex, than the ones you were dealing with before, that will require a new level of leadership from you • If you want to start a new position efficiently and with great results, building good relationships with your peers and the team, gaining a name of a Great Leader from the first days • If you want your family life to benefit from the changes, and not suffer from the greater responsibilities, The program 'Energy of success» is for you How it works The first step is to book a discovery session on the site. I’ll tell you about coaching, Energy Leadership concept and about the program. We decide on the goals and the program, and you pay for the first session. We schedule the sessions. After the first session, there is a VIP day, that requires the whole day of joint work. Usual sessions are one hour for the coaching and two hours for the training. We meet weekly in Skype, Zoom or talk on the phone.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. A manager, who has been working for a company for many years has challenges to adapt to the style of his new supervisor. After the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and 6 coaching sessions, the productivity of relationships improved significantly, as well as a level of trust and collaboration.
A young businessman has a new business project, full of ideas, but can’t create a business plan, define organizational structure, control mechanisms, and a reward system. How did it work?
The first step is to book a Discovery Session on the site. After the session, we develop the goals, program, and you pay for the first session. We set the schedule for the meetings. Each meeting takes us approximately an hour, and we meet on Skype, Zoom or talk on the phone.

What is it?
Each of us is looking at the situation through filters of our past experience. Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment helps us to understand how these filters affect at our current perception of the world, and how we react to it and act upon.
It shows E-factor – the indicator that statistically correlates with our satisfaction with 14 areas of life. The higher E-factor is, the more satisfied with are with our life, the less stress we experience.
It is a unique assessment, that allows you to see your perception of various situations as in the mirrow, to understand your behaivoir, your leadership potential. Measurement of your energy level, that leads to a certain behaivour now helps to understand how to change it. By working with the coach, expert in Energy Leadership™, you can alter your view at the situations, transform your reality, increase your energy and leadership ability. Your results will be explained, you will learn about the source of the results and talk about possible steps to increase your life satisfaction and reduction of stress.
