A practical introduction to intercultural communication for any International Leaders who have multicultural teams and/or international clients. Already and increasingly a core skill of international business, cultural awareness is also a key aspect of diversity. What is attributed to personality is often cultural. During this coaching, you will have the opportunity to: Build an intercultural competency and make sure that you know what to be aware of when dealing with other nationalities. Build awareness of one’s own cultural communications style, preferences, and values, including how these may be perceived by others. Understand the implications of culture on email/telephone communication, relationship building, managing others, giving feedback, meetings and creating a positive impression.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
