This is a jump start package and includes 3 sessions (55 minutes each) with me. This program is best for women who are really stuck and need help figuring out where to start on their healthy journey. This is great for weight loss, brain fog, increased stress, pain, headaches and much more.
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
