You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session. 1 to 1 coaching using Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
The following are the main characteristics of this approach:
It is positive and practical.
It is time efficient and cost effective.
It focuses clearly on specific and measurable outcomes.
It energises the Coachee to own the process and the outcome.
It is simple, without being simplistic.
It is Capacity building.
It is transparent and the skills are transferrable.
(Bill O`Connell, Stephen Palmer and Helen Williams, “Solution Focused Coaching in practice”, Routledge, 2012).
The basic concept behind Solution Focused Coaching is that people are more receptive to change and reach their goals quickly when they tap into their own resources and solutions.
As a Coach, I encourage the Coachee to see what works for them, reinforcing the solutions found and ask how they can increase their range of available solutions.
Based on these assumptions, i follow these guidelines:
Work with the person, not the problem.
People have many ideas about their preferred futures.
Focus on the future, not the past.
Avoid “Paralysis by Analysis”.
Ask questions, rather than offer answers.
Examine negative “self-talk”.
Listen for, and reinforce the Coachee`s strength`s and resources.
If it`s working, keep doing it.
If it`s not working, stop it and do something different.
Explore “Solutions” to maximise learning.
If it isn`t broken, don`t fix it, unless it can be improved.
Solution Focused Coaching as “Brief” as lasting change can be gained in 3 to 5 sessions.
To summarise, the key components of this approach are:
i. A focus on the here and now.
ii. Clear, specific and attainable goals.
iii. Projection of confidence and competence by the Coach.
iv. A good working relationship is established as soon as possible.
v. A Coach who is active and influential.
vi. A commitment from coaches to work on their goals between the meetings.

Here is an outline of the PR6 Resilience Coaching programme that I offer at the Weekend.
The PR6 Resilience Model is based on current Neuroscience research and addresses 6 factors that influence Resilience in people.
The 6 Domains are : Tenacity (i.e. Persistence, Realistic optimism and Bounce) Collaboration (i.e. Support networks, Social Context and Manage perceptions), Vision (i.e. Purpose, goals & congruence), Composure (i.e. Regulate Emotions, Interpretation bias and Calm)Reasoning (i.e. Problem solving, Resourcefulness and Anticipate & plan) and Health (i.e. Nutrition, sleep & exercise).
The starting point is to complete the PR6 online questionnaire, This can be completed before the first session or during it. One useful feature of the program is that after completing it for the first time, you can log back in within the following 3 months and complete the training module for each resilience domain.
When we receive the results (which will be by email) there will be a summary report which will highlight specific areas that need attention. We can employ a Strengths based approach which means that in this program we would look at the scores over a 3 session period in the following order.
First session. This will be an overview of the report and what the findings are. We will then look at the 1st and 4th Strongest Domain areas.
Second session. We will look at the 2nd and 5th ranked Domain area.
Third session. We will look at the 3rd and 6th ranked (weakest) Domain area.
These 3 sessions will take place over 3 months and access to online resources will be available for 12 months (after 1st time online).
