Research shows that 50% of Leaders in Transition fail. As a Leader in Transition, you have taken on a new role, likely with greater responsibility and possibly in a new organization. You are motivated to make a good impression in your first 90 days and beyond. You are very resourceful, and yet the challenges of building a high-performing team and sometimes navigating a different culture can at times feel overwhelming. Have you: • Felt a lack of confidence in leading your organization? • Been promoted only to find that you need new skills to be successful? • Experienced changes in team dynamics that had you considering leaving your job? • Found success reaching operational goals, but struggled with interpersonal communication? • Had your work life leave you with no energy for your personal life? Imagine leading with confidence, communicating productively with those you might currently find to be “difficult”, and finding success and satisfaction with your career. My goal is to help you achieve the outcomes you are looking for in your career and your life and I look forward to our first conversation. We will partner together for three full months of coaching to build your leadership capacity and presence, or work through a currently challenging dynamic that is setting you up for greater success and satisfaction as your leadership grows. We will focus on change that really matters for you and your career goals. We will work together in a 90-minute first session, followed by eleven 1-hour video and/or phone calls (or in-person if you are near Ithaca, NY), including additional weekly 15-minute coaching phone check-ins, and unlimited email support!
You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
