A bespoke & tailored Coaching Plan of a minimum of 4 months for Businesses. Here we collaborate together to transform your business. We don’t always know exactly what is needed, just that things have to change! This package assures to support you to discover, restructure, reset & create a strategy that will get you moving forward again. Eg. *Discover underlying challenges & problems *Restructure so it is aligned with your Mission & Vision * Stronger leadership & management culture *Create a healthier & stronger team culture *Develop productivity, synchronize purpose & build cohesion This package can include: *1-1 sessions, Team or Group sessions *Workshops & training *Observe & facilitate meetings *Mentoring For more detailed information or any inquiries please contact me as structure and allocating the sessions is bespoke. Package Includes: *1 x 1,5Hour Intake session with Director, CEO *1 x 1,5 Hour Intake session with Head of Departments, Leaders, Senior Managers *27 x 1 Hour – Coaching sessions for 1-1 or in Team – Worksop – Facilitate - Mentoring. *Email support for each participant during the entire coaching program *Accountability check in call & emails to keep momentum going *Partaking in assessments, new tools, homework to create continuity & turn them into powerful new habits *Feedback on homework, assessments & performances (on request) * Session recordings available to help with reflection (on request)

Rescheduling & Cancelling

You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees. The earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours. If you cancel before the coach accepts your request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
