Important:

- Please schedule the first session at least 2 days ahead to allow the coach enough time to respond to your request.

- Making a booking request for the same day is not possible and the earliest appointment you can request booking for is after 12 hours.

 

Rescheduling & Cancelling:

1- You can reschedule any session anytime from your dashboard, provided that the coach agrees.

2- If you are purchasing coaching and cancel before the coach accepts your booking request, there will be no charge and the request will be cancelled.

3- If you wish to cancel after the coach accepted your booking request, please note that if you cancel more than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for that session and if you cancel less than 2 days before a session starts, you will be refunded 0% of the amount you paid for that session.
