About Me
About myself & my experience
I have completed her M.Sc. studies in Computer sciences, and spent 20+ years of corporate experience in IT and security, in private and public entities and in different places around the world. During her 20+ years of experience, she worked as a software developer, business analyst, an information security consultant implementing information security and business continuity regulations and standards, in addition to conducting audits and delivering security awareness trainings. As a leadership Coach and Mentor, I help her clients changing the challenges they are currently facing into opportunities of growth, in order to reach higher goals and maximize their potential. I provide my clients with a safe non-judgmental environment where I am fully present for them.
My coaching method & approach
I believe coaching is a peer-to-peer relationship with my client. It is there to support everyone and is mainly intended to assist people who are doing well in life but feel like there is more to achieve, want to transform their current challenges into opportunity of growth, let it be leading their team in the best way at work or having a fulfilling relationship at home. As a leadership coach, I perceive each client as a complete person; I have never considered sessions as a tool to “fix” any of them. During our time together l just equip them (you) with the necessary tools to make progress in the desired direction.
