My coaching method & approach
I utilize an exclusive coaching method, the ASCEND COACHING METHOD© that has come directly out of my work helping career, and executive clients since 2015. The method leverages the best proven practices from the traditional coaching discipline, but marries them with successful processes, and techniques I have seen utilized in technology, and software development. The goal of this new coaching method is to help clients achieve success using an approach that has proven successful, and repeatable.

EDUCATION: MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and I hold a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. We have been helping professionals with job searches, and career changes since 2015. I was certified as a Professional Coach (CPC), and Career Coach (CCC) in 2015 by the World Coach Institute. BUSINESS BACKGROUND: I am a Business Professional with over 35 years of Corporate business experience. My most recent Career change came in 2015, when I made a decision to leave my corporate position with US Bancorp (US Bank) where I served as a Liaison between Senior Business Partners, and Technology teams, and create my own company. My first Corporate job after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison was preparing State, and Federal Bids at Ecolab corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN. I worked in Systems Development starting in 1997. While working as a FTE I completed an MBA at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. I was employed by Affiliated Computer Systems as a Business Systems Analyst for Architecture, and User Interfaces for a $217 million dollar Medicaid Claims Processing System for the State of North Carolina. In my first stint with US Bank, I served as a Project Manager for an automated file transfer system, and co-Project Manager for a new Enterprise Backup/Restore System. After September 11, 2001, I was asked by management to review, and improve processes for Enterprise Network Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning. Later, when working for SuperValu corporation, I earned the Award for Exceptional Service. I rejoined US Bank in 2010 and completed Data Mapping for the new US Bank internet Banking platform. In 2012, I earned the "Bronze Service Award" for outstanding service. Later accomplishments have been in the Role of a Business Systems Analyst and Data Sourcing Analyst for projects to support consolidation of US Bank Mortgage Systems. The Consolidated Mortgage System was successfully delivered in 2013. I have worked for four Fortune 500 Companies from 1981 to the 2015.
