About me

About me

My unique perspective comes from experiencing many transitions myself: relocating from France to the U.S., adoption, divorce, going back to graduate school and switching career in my 30s have taught me that it's never too late to make big (or small) changes, but we need to be willing to be vulnerable. This is why I offer a safe environment and an approach you can trust by abiding to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics. I also believe that playfulness and curiosity help in our journey. When I put my books down, you will find me playing with my family and dog, biking or cross-country skiing, and enjoying Vermont's quiet beauty.

I use primarily strengths-based approaches like Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. With powerful questions, deep listening and empathy, I help individuals discover their strengths, get clarity on what they really want for a meaningful life, and share practical tools so that they can coach themselves and make steady progress toward realistic and inspiring goals.
